New Domain and Email?

I'm ready for a change, and I need your assistance. I want to transfer my blog to another google account. Apparently you can't just change your sign-in name and keep the same web address, but I never use that email or login. Have you changed your email, thus changing your blog url? Is it a hassle? Should I just leave what I have and cringe every time I log in?

Thoughts?
