Crockpot Salsa Chicken

I love Pinterest. You can get so many ideas from there, and my favorite ideas are new recipes to try. I always forget to do this, even though I've had the ingredients for weeks. I woke up yesterday, and decided to try this one. It didn't have a title, so I labeled it Crockpot Salsa Chicken. It's delish!

Because I was cooking just for me, I altered the recipe a little bit. I'll include both.

My version:
2 frozen chicken breasts
Large jar of black bean and white corn salsa (use 1/2)
1/2 block cream cheese
Put all in crockpot, set to low, and cook for 6-8 hours.

Original version:
Bag frozen chicken breasts
1 can rotel
1 can black beans
1 can corn
1 block cream cheese
Put all in crockpot, set to low, and cook for 6-8 hours.

I put some shredded cheese on mine and ate with some tortilla chips.

This is seriously the easiest thing I've ever made, and it is dee-lish-us! Thank you, Pinterest!
