What a weekend! Just a warning- it hasn't been exciting in the least bit. (But I'll try to inject some of witty comments in here so you won't be bored!)
I woke up sick Friday morning. Major headache. Nauseous. Couldn't keep food or beverage down. Even sprite and crackers. But I still managed to have a great night. You heard all about my girls night on Friday from my happy list post yesterday. Super fun. Yay!

I woke up Saturday still feeling crappy. I put up my new curtains (I love them!!!), then met a friend to see Water for Elephants. ::sigh:: Have I mentioned how much I LUHVE Robert Pattinson? If you can't remember, let me tell ya, I LOVE ROBERT PATTINSON! Such a good actor. And a hottie. I just love his eyes. His intensity. Yumm...
This is love.

Anyway, what were we talking about? Oh...the movie. Yes. The movie was great! I was a little nervous, because I never like a movie after I've read the book. But this movie was so good, despite being a little different. Great story! Go see it, people!

After the movie, I came home because my head and stomach were getting worse. I figured a good nap was called for. Afterall, the weather was crappy (rain and storms for what seems like the 50th day in a row...). After a two hour snooze, I woke up to an even bigger headache. And was wide awake all night long. I even went to the basement when the COWS alarm went off at 1 am.

I woke up Sunday morning and got ready for church. It was Easter, and despite still being sick, I had a lot to be thankful for and a lot of praising to do.
Easter morning!

I went to my "home" church (more on that some other time), came home and napped yet again. I visited with my Nanny and Dad that afternoon, and came home to the couch for the second day in a row. I guess napping ruins me, because I couldn't sleep very well again. After a sleeping pill finally kicked in, I was out! It was rough rolling out of bed this morning. I'm Ex-haust-ed! Completely.

Here's hoping I feel better and can eat a real meal very soon. It's also Monday, which tends to be pretty hectic, so let's slow down and enjoy the week (even if it is going to rain every. single. day.)

How was your weekend?
