ICE!

Sunday was one of my best friend's birthday (Happy Birthday, Whit!) so the gang went to Nashvegas to see ICE!, walk through Opry Land Hotel to see the Christmas lights and eat dinner.

One of her friends has a company thing there every year, so luckily we didn't have to pay the $30 to get into see ICE! Do you know what ICE! is? It is room after room of ice carvings of an animated movie. The whole exhibit is made in China and then flown to Nashville. It takes the artisans 5 whole months to do the work.

This year's theme was Merry Madagascar.

Y'all, it was freezing! They have to keep the rooms a measly 9 degrees! By the time we were finished, my fingers and nose were numb!

Baby Jesus and the others...
My favorite part of the exhibit was the ice slides! This was SO much fun!

We then walked over to OpryLand Hotel. The lights were so pretty. I'd never been at Christmas, and I will definitely be going back.

Have you all been to see ICE? If you are within driving distance, you should take the kids (or yourself) and go!

Go here to read more about it!
