IMTA alum Katie O'Grady will be presenting an interactive acting show for kids at the Rockstar Stella Leukemia Concert Benefit on June 5 in Oregon! On her webpage Katie shares this: "Katie has recently started her own production company called Alcove Productions which has recently finished filming Rid of Me, a full-length Black Comedy by film maker James Westby." Katie competed at IMTA in 2005 where she won Talent of the Year. Talent of the Year is awarded to the actor who has the highest composite score from several of the IMTA acting Competitions including Monologue, Sitcoms, TV Real People Commercial and Cold Read. Katie also won a scholarship when she competed at IMTA. Katie's films include Untraceable, Sasquatch Dumpling Gang which starred another IMTA alum Jeremy Sumpter, Management, and the recently wrapped Something Wicked. She has a recurring role as Special Agent Amy Nevins in the new drama series Leverage.
