Since this show came out, I have been obsessed with watching every episode every Monday night. It had me hooked from the beginning; the suspicious characters, the dynamic between the four main characters, the cliffhangers throughout the whole show that made me want to see and know more.
Last night, we finally learned who A really was. Kind of. Unfortunately, about a year ago a friend let the cat out of the bag and told me who A was in the books. I was a little peeved, so I can't say I was surprised. But I honestly thought they might change it up, especially after she started getting texts too.
So let's talk about last night. I was on the edge of my seat the entire episode. I kept texting my friends the same things over and over; "I'm freaking out," "I'm scared," "WTF!" It was killing me.
Throughout the entire series, we'd been led to believe it could have been a number of people: Noel, Melissa, Ian, Jenna, Garrett, and Mona. When Mona started receiving texts too, I thought that it definitely could not be her. Well, surprise! It was. How freaky was that room? And how psychotic did they make Mona look in that black hoodie?
We definitely know that other people are involved. The mastermind visited Mona in the psych ward. Jenna, who can actually see, visited someone in the park. Who is this mastermind? And who else is in the group? Melissa is definitely guilty of something. Mona said it was about revenge. So maybe she wants revenge on Spencer for kissing not 1, but 2 boyfriends.
And how odd was it that they found Maya's body (maybe)? Definitely wasn't seeing that one coming. I thought maybe she could have been involved in A plot. Maybe she was killed because she refused to join, like Mona said Spencer would be?
I still have so many questions! Why did Jenna turn on Garrett? Who is actually the father of Melissa's baby? How did Toby contact the shrink? What is the connection between Garrett and Melissa? The baby? Have they been together from the beginning? Who killed Ian, and why? I wondered how the series would continue, but it looks like there will be no problem coming up with more storylines.
The show continues this summer, and I cannot wait to see how the rest of the story unfolds!
