New Clip from 'Jane Eyre'

I confess I have never read Jane Eyre (though I love Charlotte Bronte's sister's book Wuthering Heights). I have seen the 1944 version of Jane Eyre with Joan Fontaine and Orson Welles, and I know that Val Lewton's I Walked with a Zombie is at least partly based on it. There's also a 1996 movie with Anna Paquin playing the young Jane and Charlotte Gainsbourg as the older Jane, plus William Hurt (?) as Rochester. The new version, from Focus Features, stars pretty Mia Wasikowska (from Alice in Wonderland and The Kids Are All Right) as a very plain Jane and Michael Fassbender (Fish Tank and Inglourious Basterds) as Rochester. The director is Cary Fukunaga, whose only other feature is the crime drama Sin Nombre, set in Mexico. How will this turn out? Will it be daringly passionate, or dry as dust? Only time will tell, but meanwhile you can get a little taste from this clip.
