I confess that I think I'm going through pre-menopausal hot flashes. I'm in my late 20's, and sometimes get so hot, I can't even think! I do therapy in a small observation room, about the size of a walk in closet, with now air. It's miserable! Today, I think I sweated of about 5 lbs, my face was bright red, my shirt and bra were wet....I mean this is not normal!!!
I confess that I watched the Republican National Debate last night, the 2nd time I've watched, and STILL have no clue who I am going to vote for. How in the world do you decide???
I confess I bought a Halloween costume last night too. I'm not sure I love it, but it was only $20 (I don't like paying a lot when you only wear it once!) What do you think? What are you going to dress up as?
