"Near London!" A virtual interface of shopping districts.

Near Global has come up with a fabulous idea of shopping from the comfort of your PC. We all know how crowded the streets of Londres are, let alone West End with Oxford street & Reagent Street, crammed with the biggest and hottest stores. NEAR LONDON is a 3D cyber version of West End aimed at releiving 'crowd weary bargain hunters'! The Development is very interesting and almost real. There weren't any use of humanoid avatars, but a a colured shaft of light is used to represent you, enabling you feel as though u were shopping on those streets yourself. And via facebook, shopping can be done with friends but of course, no strangers allowed! I think its a brilliant concept because once you are able to download the link to 'Near London' (which is free! Whoa! And can be downloaded from any part of the world) , you can teleport yourself into a world filled with stores and by clicking any of the items in these stores,u will be instantly connected to the website. Ugh,it is a brilliant concept! Will you try it though? Cos I'm IN!!
