He's not had the best of weeks after his son George failed to get into university - but Gary Lineker's managed to get away from it all with a sunshine break.
The Match Of The Day presenter has flown to Italy's Amalfi coast with wife Danielle, 31, youngest son Angus, 12, and Danielle's daughter, eight-year-old Ella.
They're staying in the picturesque town of Ravello where they got married a year ago - and the former England footballer and the lingerie model look just as loved up as they did back then.
Gary, 49, and family wasted no time after their arrival and immediately got on board a boat to cruise in the Mediterranean and soak up the sun.
Lineker’s second son Harry, 16, middle son Tobias, 14, and George, 18, presumably stayed at home.
In George's case, perhaps he's busy studying in a bid to resit his exams.
He missed the three B grades he needed to read business at Manchester University - and blamed his results on his £25,000-a-year public school Charterhouse.
Father Gary, who is divorced from Michelle, the mother of his four sons, also claimed that Charterhouse had used George as a ‘guinea pig’ after it brought in an alternative to the A-level system known as the Cambridge Pre-U in 2008.
George’s year was the first to sit the new exams.
He said: ‘We don’t know what’s going on with George at the moment. He did the Pre-U and they seem to have been marked much harder than the A-level papers.
‘It’s all a bit frustrating, as it is the first year the Pre-U exams have been used, so George has been used as a guinea pig.
However, in the past six months, George has often been seen stumbling out of London nightclubs in the early hours looking the worse for wear.
He also flew out on a week-long holiday to Tenerife weeks before his exams and enjoyed a fling with glamour model and ex-Big Brother contestant Sophie Reade, 22.
