Mad Men meselesinden dolayı yazmıyordum Emmy ödüllerine dair ama bu kez sevindiğim iki üç ödüle dair not düşeyim.

Birincisi fotoğrafta gördüğünüz Jim Parsons. Bu ödülü ziyadesiyle hak etmiştir. Kyra Sedgwick de ödül kazanmasını istediğim isimlerden biriydi.

En iyi komedi ödülünün Modern Family'e gideceği konuşuluyordu. Orada bir sürpriz olmadı. Edie Falco'nun komedi dalında en iyi kadın oyuncu ödülünü kazanmasının akabinde, "ben komik değilim" demesi de güldürdü.

The Pacific de tahmincileri şaşırtmadı. Keza Al Pacino abimizin de ödül alması hoş bir şey.

Jimmy Fallon'u pek komik bulmam ama ödül törenindeki performansını beğendim.

Katie attended IMTA in 1993 and 1995, where she met and signed with her manager Al Onorato and landed the role as Joey Potter on Dawson's Creek. Josh Duhamel attended IMTA 1997, where he was awarded the prestigious title of Male Model of the Year! Josh edged out fellow competitor Ashton Kutcher to win the big prize. After IMTA, Josh landed a role on the popular daytime drama All My Children, on the TV drama Las Vegas and began starring in films such as Win A Date with Tad Hamilton! and When in Rome. IMTA Alum'89 Elijah Wood is in a cool video for The Apples in Stereo! After competing at IMTA, Elijah has gone on to star in over 40 feature films. His film Happy Feet won a BAFTA (British Academy of Film and Television Arts) Children's Award in London! Elijah provides the voiceover for the main character Mumble. Currently, Elijah is post productiom on Happy Feet 2 which was done in 3D! This film is scheduled for release in November, 2011.

Mario Balotelli involved in an accident on his way to City's Carrington training ground

Audi do that? This is the crumpled wreckage of Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli's £120,000 supercar.

The £24million signing from Inter Milan was at the wheel of his customised Audi R8 on the way to City's Carrington training ground yesterday morning when it was involved in a collision with a BMW.

Police were called to the scene of the accident on the A56 Chester Road and the Italian was questioned before being picked up in a club Mercedes.

Balotelli is out of today's Premier League clash at Sunderland with a knee injury - not caused by yesterday's accident.

A City spokesman said: "The club can confirm there was an incident this morning near the training ground. Mario crashed his Audi into a BMW but, thankfully, emerged unhurt.

"He was able to train as normal and no police charges have been brought against any party."

Balotelli made an impressive goalscoring debut in City's 1-0 Europa League play-off first leg win in Timisoara but the wheels appear to have come off since then. He needed a scan to ascertain whether he damaged his knee cartilage during that match.

And yesterday's accident has left him without his cherished motor left-hand drive which he had imported from Italy.

No wonder Chantelle Houghton has been tearful - she ditched love-rat footie star Jermain Defoe just a fortnight before Big Brother... after discovering he was cheating on her.

The blonde babe, 27, had secretly rekindled her romance with the England and Spurs star, only to have her heart broken.

Now she has vowed never to date a footballer again.

A pal said: "Chantelle's second relationship with Jermain was short-lived but she was left in pieces.

"On top of that, she's also having to live with her ex-husband Preston in the BB house." Chantelle and Defoe, both 27, first got together in November 2008 but split six months later over her fears he might cheat on her.

Then he texted her during this year's World Cup and she agreed to see him when he got back.

PAOK maçının 75. dakikasında sakatlık nedeniyle Emre Belözoğlu oyundan çıktığında ne hissettiniz? Emre yerine oyuna giren kişinin Selçuk olduğunu görünce ne düşündünüz? Selçuk'la birlikte orta alanda görev yapan diğer oyuncu olan Baroni için neler düşünmektesiniz? Bu iki oyuncu Emre'nin yokluğunda Fenerbahçe orta sahasını toparlayabilecek çapta oyuncular mıdır? Defansif yönleri ne derece iyidir? Hücuma katkılar var mıdır?

Yazıya okuyanlar arasında bu sorulara uygun cevapları olanları okumaya hazır olduğumu belirteyim.

Emre'yi malum sebeplerden sevmiyorum, orası ayrı mesele ama Fenerbahçe'nin Emre'nin sahada olmadığı maçlarda orta sahası yol geçen hanına dönmekte. Bu durum da defans ikilisinin işini daha da güçleştirmekte ve bilhassa Bilica'nın defosunu iyice ortaya koymaktadır. Herkes bu aralar Alex'i konuşuyor. Dileyen Alex'li ve Alex'siz Fenerbahçe'yi tartışadursun tabii de, bunu da görsek bir zahmet. Bahsettiğim maçta Alex 120 dakika sahadaydı malum. Futbolda amaç gol atmaktır, buna eyvallah ama golü de yememek için gayretimiz olmalıdır, öyle değil mi? Lakin Emre'nin çıktığı bölümden itibaren Fenerbahçe orta sahası komple çöktü. Defansın evlere şenlik hali ortaya çıktı. Bunları hepiniz gördünüz. Üstelik bunları yapan rakip takımın ülkesinde ligin bizden çok sonra başlayacağını da hatırlayalım. Ortada fizik kondüsyon anlamında da Fenerbahçe adına tartışılası bi sorun da var elbet.

Fenerbahçe'den bahsederken bazı futbol yorumcuları Gökhan Gönül'ün yokluğunun da ciddi sorun olduğunu söylerler. Bu da doğru bir tespit ama sadece son resmi maçtan yola çıkarak yukarıdaki soruları sormak için Emre Belözoğlu örneğini vermek daha uygundur.

Bir futbol takımının sahaya çıkan kadrosunu bir tabloya döktüğümüzü düşünelim ve tam ortasına bir çizgi çektiğimizi varsayalım. Kaleci, defans ikilisi (ya da sisteme göre tam ortada olan oyuncu), orta sahanın ortasındakiler ve santrafor. Kanımca bir takımın toplam kalitesi bu oyuncuların kalitesiyle eşdeğerdir. Ve en çok da orta alanda yer alan oyuncularla... Fenerbahçe'nin iyi bir kalecisi var. Onun yedeği ise potansiyeli olan ama şu aşamada tam anlamıyla güvenilip kendisine kale teslim edilmeyeceğini düşündüğümüz bir isim.

Defansın ortasında Dünya Kupası'nda iyi işler çıkaran ve bu ligin sayılı stoperlerden biri olan Lugano var ama yanındaki Bilica ise saatli bomba (Rıdvan Dilmen nasıl oluyor da ara sıra beğeniyor bu oyuncuyu anlamak mümkün değil ve yine Aykut Kocaman'ın onu takımda tutmaktaki ısrarını da anlamak mümkün olmuyor). Defans kurgunuz da sakat yani. Lugano genelde Bilica'nın arkasını toparlayan bir oyuncudur ama onun da tam hazır olmadığı ya da sakat sakat oynadığı dönemlerde bu işi yapamadığı gerçeği var. Bu halleriyle kusursuz ikili değil bu oyuncular ve kaldı ki yedekleri de kimsenin yine tam anlamıyla güvenemediği isimler.

Emre'nin bulunduğu bölgeye tekrar gelirsek; sağlam bir Emre (hem fiziksel hem de psikolojik olarak) bu ülkenin hali hazırdaki en iyi yerli orta saha oyuncusudur (gerilerden gelen Necip'i de ilgiyle takip ediyorum elbette). Lakin Emre'nin de her an takımını eksik bırakacakmış gibi oynadığını, bir şekilde kendini sakatlamayı becermede sorunu olmadığını da unutmamak lazım. Emre'nin olmadığı zamanlar Selçuk ve Baroni ikilisi "Allah'a emanet" görüntü sergilemekteler. Bunu en son PAOK maçında da gördük zaten.

Gelelim santrafor mevkiine. Niang transferi ilk gündeme geldiğinde, blogda değil ama twitter'da bu oyuncunun Marsilya'da hücum üçlüsünün ağırlıklı olarak solunda oynayan bir topçu olduğunu konuşmuştuk. Zaman zaman hücumun merkezinde de yer aldı tabii. Fenerbahçe'de haliyle merkezde oynayacak. Şimdiye kadar da olumlu göründü. Gerekli desteği tam görmese de kendince çabalıyor, didiniyor. Umarım, "eh yeter be!" diyerek salmaz o da kendini, ki bunu yapmayacak karakterde bir oyuncu olduğunu tahmin ediyoruz. Aksi olursa, şaşırtır yani. Kanatlardan gelmesi gereken destek ve oyunda olursa Alex'in kendisini beslemesiyle iyi iş yapacağı kesin. Alex yokken bu görevi üstlenmesi muhtemel kişilerden biri Emre. Aha! Yine konu Emre'ye geldi. Peki ya Emre yoksa, o zaman ne olacak? Selçuk ya da Baroni mi yapacak bu işi? M.Topuz ve Özer çabalıyorlar ama bu konuda hala çok eksikleri var. Geriye bir de Stoch kalıyor tabii. O da hala tam hazır değil. Tüm maç boyunca 10-15 dakikalık bir patlama anı yaşıyor. Konsantrasyon sorunu var gibi. Fizik olarak da tam hazır olmadığını söyleyebiliriz.

Lafı yine sakız gibi uzattık ama yukarıdaki onca laf salatası sadece bir oyuncu özelinden Fenerbahçe'nin eksiklerini adeta "kelebek etkisi" ile anlatıyor olsa gerek. Amaç bu zira. Tamam. Alex'in Fenerbahçe'nin hücum gücü için ne kadar önemli olduğunu tartışmaya devam edelim biz bir yandan. Tamam. Gökhan Gönül'ün bu takımda yedeği olmadığını da konuşalım ama günümüz futbolunda en önemli mücadelenin yaşandığı orta sahada ligin en iyi yerlisini elinde tutan Fenerbahçe'nin, bu oyuncunun yanına aynı kalite bir isim ekleyemeyişini de konuşalım. Aykut Kocaman'ın Emre'nin yanında şans verdiği Baroni'nin sahada hiçbir varlık göstermediğini konuşalım. Emre'nin yerine giren Selçuk'un bu takımın orta sahasını toparlayamacağı gerçeğini görelim. Orta sahası çöken bir takımın hücum hattında Alex, Stoch ve Niang olsa kaç yazar? Geride Gökhan Gönül ve Lugano gibi milli takımlarının önemli isimleri olsa ne olur? Rakip takım gümbür gümbür üzerinize gelir o zaman. PAOK gibi vasat bir takım karşısında orta sahası düşen bir Fenerbahçe'nin elenmesi çok şaşırtıcı olmamalı bu sebeplerden. Şampiyonlar Ligi ve Avrupa Ligi elden kaçtı. Kaçmasa ne olurdu? Bir düşünelim. Bazen öyle maçlar olacaktı ki, Emre'nin sahadaki varlığı bile yeterli olmayacaktı. Daha rezil görüntüler ortaya çıkacaktı belki. Bunları yazmak için futbol alimi olmaya gerek yok sanırım. Aslında bu kadar uzun yazıya da gerek yok ama genelde uzun yazı yazdığınız vakit, daha çok ciddiye alınıyor. Herhalde okuyanlar, "yahu adam uzun uzun yazmış, çok ciddi bir mevzu galiba" diye yaklaşıyor olmalılar. Biraz da ondan bu kadar uzadı bu yazı.

Şimdi Fenerbahçeliler diyebilir ki, "Avrupa defteri kapandı. Ligde de öyle ya da böyle bu yarışta oluruz." Bu da bir düşüncedir ama garantisi var mıdır? Yoktur elbette. Fenerbahçe, şayet Aykut Kocaman'ın bahsettiği hedefi gerçekleştirmek istiyorsa (hedef: şampiyon olup ŞL'ye direkt katılmak) Emre'nin yerine iyi bir partner bulmalıydı evvela. Neden böyle bir sorun yokmuş gibi davranılıyor bunu anlamak güç.

Aykut Kocaman'a ve bahsettiği değişime inanmak istiyorum. Peşin hükümlü olmamak da istiyorum ayrıca. Ve her fırsatta sabretmekten yana olduğumu belirtiyorum. Ancak bazı konularda kuşkularım var. Bunlardan birini geçenler de yazmıştım. Diğerini de bu yazıyla gündeme getirmek istedim. İkisi de -bence- Fenerbahçe için hayati konulardır. Herkes doğal olarak gündemdeki Alex mevzusundan yola çıkarak topa girmekte ama bunları da yazmak gerek.

Evet. Şimdi yukarıdaki sorulara cevap vermek isteyenleri yorum bölümüne alalım. Christina Hendricks: The New Face of London Fog

Iconix Brand Group announced that Emmy Award-nominated actress Christina Hendricks will appear in its London Fog brand's fall marketing campaign.

Hendricks stars in AMC's award winning series, Mad Men, and was recently named "Best-Looking Woman In America" by Esquire magazine. The multi-media marketing campaign will debut in October issues of fashion and lifestyle magazines such as Elle, Cosmopolitan and InStyle, outdoor and online.

Christina Hendricks stated, "London Fog is a classic brand, which I love. It also ties in to Mad Men, we used London Fog in the show and this was a nice way to tie everything together. Francesco Totti is still the main man in Rome, along with the talented Mirko Vucinic and Daniele De Rossi. Brazilian striker Adriano is the key summer signing.

Somewhat of an unknown quantity at this level, they have a history with Roma, beating them 2-1 away last season, while a 0-0 draw with Chelsea was another feather in their cap. The Romanian league winners will look to cause more upsets this time round. Look out for the very direct, yet very promising 6ft 8in striker Lacina Traore.

Stadium: St. Jakob-Park, Basle Stadium, Switzerland

Having competed in European football consistently for the past 10 years, make their return to the Champions League by winning their qualifier against FC Sheriff. The Swiss side currently own the talented Argentinean goalkeeper Franco Costanzo in goal, defensive midfielder Gilles Yapi, and the exciting and experienced Swiss pairing of Alexander Frei and Marco Streller.

The Premier League champions should be one of the favourites for this years tournament as they have been strong contenders for the past few years. Didier Drogba, Michael Essien and Frank Lampard are all in their prime, and with Carlo Ancelotti at the helm, his experience could make the blues the first London based Champions League winners.

Marseille collected their first league title for 18 years, and will look to carry this success into the Champions League campaign. They’ve added the man looked at by teams all over Europe; Loic Remy, as well as France international, and a player seemingly perfect for Ligue 1; Andre-Pierre Gignac. Marseille could definitely qualify from the group.

Stadium: Luzhniki Stadium, Moscow, Russia (Artificial pitch)

This heavily Brazilian influenced Moscow side will be one of the trickier sides in this years Champions League and could definitely cause a few upsets at home. Look out for star striker Welliton, the 23 year old has a goal scoring record is next to nothing, scoring 44 goals in 64 appearances.

The Slovakian side are definitely the most unknown side in this years draw, but they made it in to the hat by knocking out former ever present side Sparta Prague. Look out for the goalkeeper Martin Dubravka, he can expect to be in for a tough time, but will need to be at his best to help his side get any points in the group

AC Milan

Its become evidently more clear that the money that was in Italian football no longer exitsts, with the likes of Spanish and English clubs speading copeuous amounts on transfers and wages. In AC Milan’s case, they have resgined some of the older players in the squad, and brougth in a few loan players and free transfers. Some of the names resigned include Massimo Oddo and Gianluca Zambrotta, while Kevin Prince Boateng comesi n on loan from Genoa, while 34 year old veteren Mario Yepes joins on a free. More interestingly now though, is that superstars Robinho and Zlatan Ibrahimovic could possibly be joining on a season long loan, which undoubtedly would put them amongst the top contenders (should the deals happen!). However if these deals dont happen, I doubt this aging Milan side could make it out of the group.

Jose Mourinho, aka The Special One, took Italian giants Inter Milan to a historic treble last season, and now he has been given the biggest job in World football. He is expected to deliver immediate success, or he could be looking for a new club at the end of the season, not that that would bother the extravegant Portuguese 47 year old. Now to the matters on the pitch, Real still boast a squad compiled of talented stars such as Karima Benzema, Kaka, Sergio Ramos, Gonzalo Higuain, Iker Casillas, and of course, Cristiano Ronaldo. Add to that list, the likes of Pedro Leon, Sami Khedira, Sergio Canales, Ricardo Carvalho, Angel Di Maria and the most exciting signing Mesut Ozil. All the ingrediants are there for Real to collect their 10th European title.

Martin Jol was refused the chance to take over at Fulham, as the Dutch hierachy feel he still has a job to, as well as a contract to honour. Now Ajax, lead at the front by the talented, yet controversial Luis Suarez, have made it into the Champions League proper for the first time in a number of years. A young, yet talented squad, will have thier work cut out even to make the Europa League spot.

The French side the perrenial UEFA Cup side in recent history, and manager Juan Fernandez has the likes of Benoit Pedretti, Valter Birsa and striker Jelen can all help make this difficult for the big boys in the group. Auxerre are said to be a strong organised side, capable of causing difficulties from set pieces.

Arsenal

The side from North London play some of the best football in Europe, and posses some of the best young players, some of the best training facilities and probably the most innovative and creative manager in the history of the game. The only trophy that eludes this great club is indeed the biggest of them all, and no one deserves to win it more than manager Arsene Wenger. However if everybody got what they deserved, then the World would be a perfect place, but we all know that’s not the case. Wenger has signed Lorient defender Laurent Koscielny and French international Sebastian Squillaci to bolster his defence, while Marouane Chamahk has joined on a free transfer and has vast Champions League experience. Out goes Eduardo, William Gallas, Mikael Silvestre and Phillipe Senderos, but Arsenal won’t lose too much sleep over that. The only thing standing between Arsenal and a great team, I’m unfortunate to say is the goalkeeper; Manuel Almunia, who just doesn’t cut the mustard.

The Ukrainian team are not to be underestimated, and any team heading out to Eastern Europe could come into some real difficulty. The 2009 UEFA Cup winners, had a poor European campaign last year, but should be ready to cause problems in this campaign. Familiar faces are those such as Czech Republic defender Thomas Hubschman, Croatian international and club captain Dario Srna, and the strong Brazilian influence of Jadson, Douglas Costa and Fernandinho add flair as well as some added steel in midfield. The most known player on these shores however, is former Arsenal striker Eduardo da Silva, who spent 3 years in England, scoring 8 times in 41 appearances.

Sporting Braga

Portuguese Liga runners-up caused a shock, and at the same time particularly impressed by knocking out Spanish giants Sevilla 5-3 over two legs. Braga are another team in this years Champions League who have a strong Brazilian influence in their side including the likes of Moises, Vandinho and the star man against Sevilla; Alan. The 30 year old has spent 9 years in Portugal, and scored a hat trick in the final qualifying round.

Stadium: Partizan Stadion FK, Belgrade, Serbia

The biggest supported club in Serbia, finished atop of their domestic league 7 points clear of their nearest rivals Red Star. They now make their long awaiting return to the Champions League after a six year absence. Look out for 25 year old Brazilian striker Cleo, who joined the club in 2009 and has scored 15 times in 28 appearances.
